The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Sildenafil (Viagra) for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). However, this medication is not approved for this purpose. This medication is effective in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). However, the drug’s mechanism of action and the side effects that it may cause are not fully understood. It is thought that the action of the drug is due to inhibition of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). PDE5 is found in the corpus cavernosum of the penis and in the corpus cavernosum of the heart. The main ingredient of Viagra is Sildenafil, which is an inhibitor of PDE5. Sildenafil is also known asVitarosorVigesanta.
In men with erectile dysfunction, the drug has side effects that include mild to moderate (e.g., headaches, facial flushing, indigestion, stuffy nose, and back pain) and severe (e.g., priapism). It is generally well tolerated by those with this condition. However, there is some evidence that the drug may have an effect on the liver. These include side effects that can be caused by decreased liver enzymes. A lower risk of severe liver injury has also been reported in patients taking sildenafil. It is not known if this effect is due to reduced liver enzyme levels. Sildenafil has also been shown to have an effect on the heart.
Viagra may cause side effects in some people that are not listed below. The most common side effects of this drug are headaches, facial flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, and a runny nose.
In addition, it may also cause vision problems, including a condition called NAION, which can cause permanent vision loss. This effect is also known as NAION. NAION can happen when sexual stimulation occurs. A serious condition that requires immediate medical attention is NAION (an erection that lasts more than 4 hours). It may be life-threatening if it occurs.
In addition to the above side effects, a higher risk of side effects with the use of Viagra may include:
These side effects are not a direct result of using this drug. It is a prescription drug and should not be taken by patients who have a known allergy to Sildenafil.

The drug’s side effects are not known. However, some of these side effects may be expected in certain patients. In such cases, it is recommended that patients see a doctor right away.
Patients who have taken the drug for a long time may have had side effects that may also be caused by taking Viagra. Patients who have taken the drug for a long time may have had side effects that may also be caused by Viagra.

is now available to buy online with GPhC.
Men in the UK will be able to buy Viagra over the counter after consulting with a pharmacist and without a prescription for the first time today.
ViagraConnect manufacturer, Pfizer, estimates more than a fifth of men aged over 18 in Britain suffer from erectile dysfunction, but almost half of those over 40 have not sought medical help.
The erectile dysfunction drug will be available in 14,000 stores across Britain and via pharmacy websites.
The tablets will be available exclusively from Boots until 10 April.
Those aged 18 and over will be able to buy the tablets following a conversation with a pharmacist or after filling out an online form. Men can ask to speak to a pharmacist in a private consultation room if preferred.
The pharmacists will determine whether treatment is appropriate for the patient and give advice on erectile dysfunction, usage of the medicine and potential side effects. They will advise men to consult with their doctor no less than six months after buying Viagra so that any potential underlying conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease can be investigated.
A Boots spokesperson said that the man affected by erectile dysfunction should buy the drug themselves wherever practically possible.
Men with severe heart problems, those at high risk of heart problems, liver failure, kidney failure, strokes or those taking certain other medicines, will still need to be prescribed the drug under the supervision of a doctor.
A four-pack of the tablets will cost £19.99 and an eight-pack £34.99.
Men who buy it will be advised that they can take a 50 mg tablet an hour before having sex, but should not use more than one pill a day.
Viagra is is already available as an NHS prescription free of charge for those eligible not to pay for their prescriptions.
The pharmacist will decide how many packs will be supplied in a transaction.
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announced in November it was to steer men away from buying the tablets from. In 2016 £17m worth of unlicensed and counterfeit Viagra was seized.
Kristie Sourial, Pfizer’s medical manager, said: “It’s important to remember that erectile dysfunction is a medical condition, and that the impact often goes beyond the physical symptoms – it can lead to men feeling anxious, depressed and lacking in confidence.
“Our hope is that the availability of Viagra Connect in pharmacies will encourage men who do nothing about their erectile dysfunction to seek help, and encourage those who are inclined to seek help to do so sooner.”
Viagra’s availability has been part of Pfizer’s been known to make it way for the hope that the drug, which is four times more likely to cause erections, would be available over the counter. It’s isn’t uncommon for the availability to limit access, but not the only way men can access the medication.Read more

“As with any health-related product (such as Viagra), there are many variables when it comes to how long it takes for our medicines to work or fail, so it is essential for us to get the help you need.isively.try-palates before we sell them. These are the measures that the FDA has recommended be look out for before selling any medicines.
“We are sending a message to the U. S. National Drug Code (NDC) that we will not be detained by our laws before we get any treatment from a pharmacies official. We will, however, be selling treatment through official drugstores, which is why we have put away ED Connect for the moment.
